Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for delivering quality services and solutions to internal customers by effectively managing the deployment of large technology platforms and programs in the environment. The individual interfaces with business units, technology staff and management teams to analyze business needs, drive successful implementations and build strong relationships between the Information Technology department and enterprise customers. This role requires the incumbent to apply advanced project management and business analysis standards and methodologies for the system development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring that technology aligns properly to organizational and goals. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in a mid-large corporate environment is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience may be considered. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
