Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end technology solutions based on Oracle’s suite of products. This individual plays a critical role in designing and facilitating seamless integration of applications, data, and processes across departments and business units, aligning Oracle technologies with business goals, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated systems across the organization. The Oracle Solutions Architect collaborates with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into technology solutions that drive innovation and operational efficiency, and support STOF’s target architecture and strategic vision. Key responsibilities include engaging stakeholders to gather requirements, identify challenges, and recommend Oracle-based solutions tailored to business needs. The incumbent provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams and maintains oversight throughout project implementation. Additionally, this role supports the integration of SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments to build a secure, unified, and cost-effective digital infrastructure. The position also plays a vital role in establishing and upholding governance frameworks and best practices that align with STOF’s organizational standards and security policies. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field is required. Master’s Degree is preferred. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Certification (Associate or Professional) is highly desirable. A minimum of seven (7) years of systems engineering at enterprise level or enterprise architecture, configuring, deploying and supporting Oracle-based technologies, with at least three (3) years designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions is required. Prior experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis is required. A deep understanding of Oracle databases, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and enterprise applications—including ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM—is essential. Proficiency in integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOA, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), along with experience in agile methodologies, is also required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle software and strong understanding of cloud infrastructure Application Programming Interface (APIs), and data architecture. Demonstrate Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
