Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and enhancing digital presence, including the social media channels for the Seminole Media Productions department. The individual creates social media content designed to engage both Tribal and non-Tribal communities. The individual helps expand social reach and impact by ensuring content aligns with the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s entities and supports ongoing marketing and community engagement initiatives. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field is required. A minimum of two (2) years of related experience is required. Knowledge and understanding of AP style, DSLR cameras, InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress, website operations and social media are required. Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Software. Incumbent must possess a valid Florida driver’s license. Ability to travel within the region, locally, nationally and internationally; and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
