Job Description

The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing administrative, operational and clerical support to assure the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Boys & Girls Club effectively meets its program goals. This position is responsible for assisting the manager with the day to day administrative and business operations, with primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff and community relations. The incumbent may be responsible for assisting the manager in planning, assigning and reviewing the work of subordinate staff and coordinating support services when necessary. High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s Degree and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in clerical supervisory or office management work are preferred. An equivalent combination of formal education/training and experience may be considered. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs. Must demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal. A valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Must be able to travel to all STOF Reservations and other locations as necessary. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
