Job Description

The Change Management Specialist supports the design, coordination, and delivery of communication and training initiatives related to the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. The incumbent assists with the development of communication materials, prepares user resources, and supports the delivery of training sessions to support employees during system implementations and ongoing enhancements. This role works closely with Human Resources, Information Technology, and Finance staff to promote employee adoption and effective use of HCM/ERP tools. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Education or related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in HR training, HCM system implementation, or related fields is required. Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Prosci Change Management Certification, Prosci Organizational Change Management Training, Oracle systems, SHRM Certified Professional (CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP), or training certifications such as American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) certification, are a highly preferred. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to plan multiple demanding tasks simultaneously is essential. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel across reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is a requirement of this position.
