Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing technical support of specialized CCTV and access control systems and product applications. The individual trains end users and other personnel on day to day software application use and performs preventative maintenance routines to ensure proper system operation with focus on trend analysis and thorough documentation of results. The incumbent performs advanced troubleshooting of software driven electronics, provisioning of CCTV system infrastructure and performance optimization of. High School Diploma is required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an information technology department as security analyst, network or systems administrator, or related occupation is required. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience may be considered. Knowledge of IOT, CCTV systems: IP cameras ,network switches, servers, PCs, network infrastructure, and the associated interworking and configuration of those components is required. Deep understanding of IP Camera, VMS, NVRs and related CCTV systems, is also required. Certification as Information Systems Security Professional is preferred. Knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) is required. Possession of a valid FL Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
