Job Description
The incumbent in this position performs technical work installing, maintaining, repairing, and training in the use of technical investigative/surveillance equipment. The Surveillance Technician will travel throughout the Seminole Tribe of Florida Reservation’s Gaming facilities working irregular hours in the performance of their duties. The incumbent keeps equipment operating with routine cleaning, repair, and installation of new or replacement CCTV equipment. The incumbent is responsible for keeping an accurate record of equipment malfunctions, fixing any malfunctions in a timely manner, and reporting such to supervisor. An Associate’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent work experience is required. A minimum of three (3) years experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of technical investigative/surveillance equipment is required. Experience installing and maintaining security systems, running cable and working with networks, system processors, VCRS, DVRS, monitors, cameras, PTZ motor and gears and CCTV equipment is required. A valid Florida Driver’s license and the ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and facilities is required. Must have the able to work flexible work schedules and evenings, weekends and holidays.
